Box Score NEW YORK, NY - Panthers bounce back on the road with a 74-67 victory over NJCAA Division II Rockland Community College.
Sophomore
Khalil Black (Queens, New York), who entered the game 5th all-time in Panthers scoring history with 701 points, finished with a game-high 29 points, moving him to 4th all time with 730 career points, passing Kenneth Coar (2014-16: 723 points).
Also having a stellar game, was freshman
Brandon Duran (New York, New York), who finished with 9 points, including 2 huge trifectas late in the second half to help secure the win for the Panthers. On the glass,
Nick Baksh (Brooklyn, New York) finished with a team-high 9 rebounds, finishing just 2 points and 1 rebound shy of a double-double.
With the win, the Panthers improve to 6-11 overall, 4-4 in conference play.
