The Borough of Manhattan Community College Athletics Department, by virtue of its membership with the NJCAA and CUNYAC, is fully committed to the principles of institutional control in operating its athletics program. The Department of Athletics compliance program exists to monitor and verify complete compliance with the National Junior Collegiate Athletic Association (NJCAA), CUNY Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) and the Borough of Manhattan Community College rules and regulations. As a participant of our intercollegiate athletics program, it is imperative that you understand and comply with our commitment to these rules and regulations as they are essential to the integrity of the Athletics Department as well as the Borough of Manhattan Community College as a whole.
