Once BMCC took the lead in the opening minutes they never looked back, jumping out to a 24 point lead in the first half and going on to finish with a final score of 106-77.

In the contest, Devin Berrios finished with 28 points on 7-for-14 shooting from the field, setting a new single game high in scoring for the Panthers this season. The Tigers could not contain Viktor Kovacevic, the Panthers freshman posted an impressive double-double by recording a season-high in scoring [23] and rebounding [18]. Shooting guard Alex Humphreys capped off his home debut with BMCC by scoring 20 points to go along with his 5 assists. With three Panthers players combining for over 60 points, while the rest of the team shot 46.9% from the field, BMCC cruised to a 29-point victory to extend their win streak.

The Panthers will return to action on Tuesday in a doubleheader against the Kingsborough Wave. The Lady Panthers game is set to tipoff at 5:45pm at BMCC Gymnasium with the men's game following the conclusion of the women's game.
