Duran's Career-High 26 Points Not Enough As Panthers Fall In Region Quarterfinals

NEW YORK, NY - Panthers fall to #14 nationally-ranked Hostos Community College Caimans by a score of 111-92 in the Region XV quarterfinals.
 
Leading the offensive charge for the Panthers was Brandon Duran (New York, New York). The New York City freshman scored a career-high 26 points including connecting on 4-7 from downtown. 
 
Sophomores Dixson, Agyei, and Black all finished their BMCC careers with double-digit performances, finishing with 19, 17 and 15 points, respectively.  With his 15 points, Khalil Black solidified himself as the 2nd all-time leading scorer in BMCC history, finishing with an impressive 877 points for the Panthers.  Running the offensive attack was sophomore Ja'Lyn Griffin (Ithaca, New York) who finished the season with 188 career assists, good for 4th all-time in school history.
