Bronx, N.Y. – The BMCC Panthers lost 82-67 to CUNY rival Bronx Community College on Tuesday night at Alumni Gym.

The Panthers (7-15, 2-6 CUNYAC) jumped out in the 1^st half and led by as much as 13 points. They took a 40-32 lead into the locker room. Tim Pandolfi scored a season-high 27 points and pulled down 12 rebounds. Justin Manon went 5-for-5 from the field and 3-of-3 from 3-point land in the first half; he finished the game with 15 points.

All five of the Broncos starters scored in double figures. They were led by Kevin Vanderpool's 26 points and 10 rebounds. Jordan Webb scored 14 points and had 11 rebounds. Chris Velez scored 12 and Taylor Foster and Parris Purcelle each scored 11.

The Broncos (15-9, 5-3 CUNYAC) jumped out to a 19-0 run to take a 51-40 lead just over five minutes into the 2^nd half.

The Panthers return to action Saturday February 8^th when they host SUNY Sullivan. Tip-off is at 2pm.
