New York, N.Y. - The BMCC Panthers lost 72-47 to Region XV opponent Suffolk Community College on Saturday afternoon at the BMCC Gymnasium.

The Panthers were led by Mikhail Ogunkeye's 16 points and nine rebounds. Ogunkeye made his first career start and was by far the most aggressive Panther on the court. Akeem Williams once again tallied double-digit rebounds with 12 and Mike Hussein chipped in with eight points.

The Sharks were led by Chris Millender who scored a game-high 24 points and pulled down a game-high 20 rebounds. Ruben Terrero chipped in with 12 points.

The Panthers return to action Thursday January 9^th when they travel to Queens to take on LaGuardia Community College. Tip-off is at 7:30.
