Box Score The BMCC Panthers lost a close game to the Suffolk Sharks 66-64, Thursday night.
The Panthers were led by Valon Djambolic and Brandon Herriot who each had 17 points and shot over 50% from the field. Andre Bailey went 5 for 5 from 3-point land in the second half on his way to 15 points. Djambolic notched double digit points for the 12th straight game dating back to December 9th; he also added four blocks and eight rebounds.
After a low scoring first half scoring only 20 points, the Panthers (7-11, 3-3) erupted for 44 second half points hitting nearly 60% of two point shots and 50% from behind the arc. In the end it wasn't enough as Suffolk's Blake Evans scored 14 of his game high 21 points in the second half to lead the Sharks to victory.
