Flushing, N.Y. | On Thursday, the CUNYAC Conference announced the preseason coaches' poll for women's volleyball and the Borough of Manhattan Community College was selected to finish first by the league's head coaches. The Panthers led the poll with 14 points and two first-place votes.
Four-Peat champion Queensborough, which also tallied two first-place votes, came in a close second with ten total points. Bronx Community College and Kingsborough rounded out the poll tied third with eight points apiece.

The Panthers open the 2019 season, Saturday, Sept. 7, with a home-opening tri-match against Bronx Community College and Fashion Institute of Technology. First serve is scheduled for 11 a.m. at the BMCC Gymnasium.
