Sellami Named CUNY Player of the Year; Vazquez and Hang Receive Recognition
NEW YORK, NY - Sarah Sellami,
Devon Vazquez and
Audrey Hang all received CUNY awards for the 2025 season.
Sellami was named the
2025 CUNY Women's Volleyball Player of the Year. The outside hitter from New York, New York, finished her sophomore campaign with 198 kills, for a total of 320 kills in her career. The 320 kills place her 3rd all-time in Women's Volleyball.
Joining Sarah on the All-Conference team is
Devon Vazquez. Devon had a remarkable 454 assists this season to lead the Panthers. Her two-year total finished at 477 assists, good for 5th place all-time in BMCC Women's Volleyball history.
The 3rd Panther awarded was
Audrey Hang. Audrey was named to the CUNY All-Sportsmanship team. She finished her freshman campaign with a team leading 237 digs.
