New York, New York | BMCC freshman Elhadji Ady Gaye (Dakar, Senegal) earned his first CUNYAC Community College Athlete of the Week honor, the conference announced on Tuesday.

Gaye buried two game-winning goals in both of the Panthers victories. In dramatic fashion against Bronx Community College, his game-winning tally in the 89th minute completed an exciting 4-3 comeback victory. He scored the opening goal on Saturday in dominant 5-0 win over Bergen Community College. All two of his goals on the season are game-winners.
