Women’s Cross Country Opens Their 2024 Season At The Golden Eagle Invitational

Bethpage, New York – The Borough of Manhattan Community College women's cross country program kicked off its 2024 season at the St. Joseph's College Golden Eagle Invitational at Bethpage State Park. The Panthers women's 5K featured a competitive field of 161 runners from NCAA Division III and Region 15 programs. Sophomore Lea Reimer (Paderborn, Germany) led all Panther runners, finishing fourth amongst Region 15 runners and 38th overall with a time of 23:21.3.

Freshman Ashley Goris Rosado (New York, New York) crossed the tape with a time of 42:27.5 in her first career race.
