New York, New York – After an outstanding showing at the 2024 CUNYAC Indoor Track and Field Championships featuring two first-place finishes in the women's Mile and 3000 meters, freshman Lea Reimer (Paderborn, Germany) was named a CUNYAC Indoor Track and Field All-Star as announced by the conference today.
Reimer picks up her second CUNYAC All-Star honor after receiving one for Cross Country in the fall as the Conference's Community College Individual Champion.
Reimer took it to the competition two weeks ago at the CUNYAC Indoor Track and Field Championships at The Nike Track & Field Center at The Armory, dominating Conference four and two-year institutions with personal bests in the women's Mile and 3000 meters with times of 5:55.59 and 12:26.51, registering the program's first-ever first place finishes in each event and earning a medal.
