New York, New York - The BMCC track and field program made a splash during its inaugural 2023-24 season, and the Athletics Department is excited to see it build on those accomplishments with the announcement of indoor tryouts for the 2024-25 season.
 
The two-day tryout will be held on Saturday, December 7th, and Sunday, December 8th, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at McCarren Park in Brooklyn, New York.
 
All prospective student-athletes must be enrolled full-time (currently taking 12 credits or more in the fall semester) and have above a 2.0 cumulative grade point average. All participants must have running sneakers, and prior competitive running experience is required. 
 
All participants must have a completed physical on file with the athletic department before trying out. Participants can obtain physical examination forms and hand them to Director of Athletics & Recreation Matthew Ruiz in the Athletics office (N255) or email him at mruiz@bmcc.cuny.edu.
