New York, NY | The Panthers took on the #7 team in the nation on Tuesday night in front of the home crowd in BMCC gymnasium. After claiming a 3 point win over Nassau on the road in the first half of the season, the Lions were looking for revenge in their second matchup. Despite a huge performance from
Terrell Fullerton, BMCC was unable to keep up with the fast-paced Lions offense and fell to Nassau 84-69.
In an excellent display of shooting, Fullerton went 4-of-6 from three point range on his way to 28 points on the night.
Jericho Cherisma helped the Panthers win the rebounding battle against Lions as he kept the glass clean with 22 boards to go along with his 9 points.
BMCC will have a quick turnaround after the loss, they will be back at home on Thursday night to take on the Suffolk Sharks. Tipoff is set for 8pm.
