- Fullerton started 16 games in the 2016-17 campaign with BMCC
- In a regular season game against Hostos, he recorded a career high 33 points
- He was named the Region XV Male Athlete of the Month after averaging 28.5 points and 6.5 assists during the month of December
- Fullerton led the Panthers in a number of categories including scoring [23.2], assists [4.8] and steals [2.1]
- CUNYAC Rookie of the Year
