Garden City, NY | The Panthers travelled to Nassau County to take on the reigning National Champions in a match on Tuesday. In a closely contested match, the Nassau Lions would escape with a narrow victory at home.

The only offense from the Panthers came on a free kick taken by Joseph Aguilar in the 12^th minute of the game. Unable to string anything together offensively, BMCC was forced to defend for much of the match. With the Lions taking numerous shots on goal, Dhondup Tharchen responded with a remarkable 11 saves, but even an inspired effort from the Panthers goalkeeper could not keep Nassau from getting the go-ahead goal to win 2-1.
