Lady Panthers Survive At Nassau

Box Score The BMCC Lady Panthers won a tough game at Nassau Community College 54-49 on Tuesday night.  The Lady Panthers played without 2 of their top 3 scorers but still had three players get double figures to lead the way. 

Sophomore Denea Fleary led all scorers with 15 points and freshman Elesha Dieudonne chipped in with 14 points, 10 rebounds and 4 steals. This was the 7th consecutive game where the freshman recorded double-digit rebounds. Sophomore Gaby Alleyne played a terrific all-around game contributing with 10 points, seven rebounds, six assists and four blocks.

The Lady Panthers improved to 12-9 on the year and remain in first place in the CUNYAC standings. There next game is this Saturday February 9th at SUNY Sullivan.
