New York, New York - The BMCC Women's Basketball team took to the court in their season opener against the Broncos of Bronx Community College. A strong first half shooting performance saw the Broncos jump out to a 34-17 half time lead. The Panthers second half push was eventually thwarted by the Broncos, as Bronx Community College won the game by a final score of 66-41. The Panthers were paced by sophomore
Kamella Ross who led the Panthers with a team-high 15 points. With the loss, the Panthers fall to (0-1 overall, 0-1 region) and will look to rebound when they take the court on Thursday, November 7th at home vs. LaGuardia CC at 5pm.
