New York, New York - After two seasons off the pitch and being denied the opportunity to defend their 2019 CUNYAC Community College Championship and return to the Region XV finals after reaching it for the first time since 2012 for the past two seasons, BMCC men's soccer announced their 2021-22 competition schedule Monday. The 12-match slate includes four CUNYAC contests, including four games at Pier 40, where the Panthers are 35-13 since 2011 while traveling away for the other eight.

Modou Seck returns for his eighth season at the helm of the Panthers program sporting a 57-29-6 overall record (.619), including a 20-5-1 overall conference mark (.769) with three CUNYAC Community College championships (2016, 2017, 2019) and six straight conference finals appearances.

The Panthers kick off the 2022 season on the road against 2020 Region 15 Champion Monroe-Bronx on Sept. 8. before returning to Pier 40 five days later to start their CUNYAC slate with a two-game homestand against 2021 Conference Champion Bronx Community College (Sept. 13) and LaGuardia Community College (Sept. 15). 

The Panthers head on the road for the next four games to close the month, starting with a matchup against 2021 Conference Champion Queensborough Community College (Sept. 20) and closing out the week in Suffern, New York, against Rockland Community College (Sept. 24). 

BMCC finishes their September portion of the schedule at 2021 Region 15 Champion Nassau Community College (Sept. 27) before returning to CUNYAC play to begin the month of October against Kingsborough Community College (Oct. 2).  

The Panthers lead off the following week with a back-to-back at home against Dutchess Community College (Oct. 4) and the next day across the river against Mercer County Community College (Oct. 5).

BMCC hosts Westchester Community College in their home finale over the weekend on Oct. 8 before wrapping up their regular season portion of the schedule on the road against Orange County Community College (Oct. 11) and Suffolk County Community College (Oct. 13).

The 2022 CUNYAC Men's Soccer Championship Game will take place on Monday, Oct. 17, at the Metropolitan Oval, featuring the two CUNYAC schools with the best conference records during the regular season. BMCC is seeking its seventh straight appearance in the CUNYAC title game and their 13 championships overall.
