New York, NY | For the first time in 2 weeks the Lady Panthers were in action in front of a home crowd on Thursday night for a matchup against the Bergen Bulldogs. With time winding down, BMCC tied the game at the end of regulation, but Bergen would pull ahead in overtime sneak out BMCC gymnasium with a 67-63 win.

Awa Fall missed a driving layup then grabbed her own rebound and tipped it in to tie the score at 56-56 with 15 seconds remaining. This play was the highlight of an excellent performance from Fall, the Lady Panthers forward finished the game with a season-high 18 points and 17 rebounds. Her frontcourt teammate
Naya Verley also filled up the stat sheet, narrowly missing a double-double with 8 points and 9 rebounds to go along with 6 assists. The Lady Panthers center
Daja Dennis-Humphrey kept the Bulldogs from scoring in the paint by recording a season-high 12 blocks and guard
Samsara Paul poured in an additional 17 points.
The women's basketball team will host the Schenectady Royals on Saturday in their final game before winter break. Tip off is set for 12pm.
