|Â Playing the final home game of their careers with BMCC, the Panthers second year players stole the show on Thursday night, combining for 63 of their 71 points in a 21 point win over the Dutchess Falcons.
Team captain
Jonathan Jones led the way for the Panthers, the sophomore shot 61.5% for 18 points, and recorded a season-high 16 rebounds.
Brandon Williams came off the bench and went an impressive 6-8 from the field and finished the game with 22 points. The nation's leading three-point shooter,
Jamel Harris added on with 7 points of his own while grabbing 4 boards. Freshman
Moello Williams recorded 8 rebounds and 8 points, including an emphatic dunk coming off a fastbreak steal at halfcourt.
After the win, the Panthers will turn their attention to Saturday's game, when they will take on the nationally ranked Generals of Sullivan County.
