Loch Sheldrake, NY | The Lady Panthers travelled to Sullivan County on Saturday afternoon to take on the reigning Region XV champions. Despite a 31-28 lead at halftime, the Lady Panthers were outmatched by the Generals in the second half for their first loss of the season.

After outstanding performances in the home opener, freshmen Tiannie Hightower and Nikola Zilakova continued to impress early on in this season, the guard duo combined for 31 points while going 10-for-14 from the field. Forward Natalija Dubrovina added on 11 points, while Ashley Brooks recorded 7 points and a team-high 12 rebounds.

BMCC will look to put that loss behind them this Tuesday when they take on the Rockland Hawks in Suffern, NY. Tipoff is set for 6 pm.
