New York, NY | The Lady Panthers beat the Passaic Panthers 3-1 before falling to the FIT Tigers in the next match.

Passaic squeaked out of the first set with a score of 25-22 to gain an early lead before BMCC won three straight sets (25-23, 25-23, 28-26) to close out their opponents. Kayshawna Richardson led the team with 15 kills while Jennifer Santos racked up 14 service aces in the first match.

The second match was a lopsided victory for the Tigers as they won in straight sets.

The Panthers return to action this Saturday when they take on CUNYAC opponents the Queensborough Tigers and Hostos Caimans. Both games will be played at Kingsborough Community College in Brooklyn, with the first match beginning at 12PM.
