Manhattan Beach, NY  | On Sunday the Lady Panthers soccer team fell to the Sharks of Suffolk County by a final score of 7-0. Despite a combined 23 saves from goalkeepers Tigist Benti and Aliyah Ali, the Panthers were unable to stop the relentless Sharks offense.

The women's team hopes to put this loss behind them when they return to action against the Kingsborough Wave on Thursday. In their previous encounter with the Wave, the Panthers came away with a 3-2 win on a 2 goal performance from Kamila Kowalska. Kickoff for Thursday's game is set for 4 PM.
