Lady Panthers Fall in CUNYAC Semi-Finals



The third seeded Lady Panthers (6-10 overall, 4-4 conference) came into today's CUNYAC Semi-Finals match-up against the two-time defending CUNYAC Champion Tigers of Queensborough Community College seeking their first title since 2006 and conference leading 12th overall.

The Panthers and Tigers split their regular season match-ups with the Tigers taking the first 3-0 and Panthers winning the most recent matchup 3-1.  This time around QCC would be too much for BMCC to handle as the Lady Panthers fell by a score of 3-0 (14-25, 19-25, 12-25).

The Panthers will look to rebound from this loss as they head into NJCAA Region XV Tournament play which will see them travel uptown to take on the Tigers of FIT in the opening round this Wednesday, October 24th at 7pm.
