Titus takes the reins of the Panther’s men’s and women’s volleyball programs, bringing a wealth of experience as a successful head coach at both the club level (VBA and NYC Impact) and high school ranks at Hunter College High School in New York City.

Prior to his arrival at 199 Chambers Street, Titus was the head coach for NYC Volleyball Academy, guiding their U16 and U17 teams to numerous tournament victories at a highly competitive club level.

At Hunter College High School, Titus became the youngest head varsity volleyball coach in PSAL history when he took the helm in 2020 for the Hawks’ volleyball program. He led the Hawks to first place in the PSAL Manhattan East division for Boys’ Volleyball 2021, navigating the league’s first-ever gym-less season with outdoor practices to keep his players fresh for competition.

Before entering the coaching ranks, Titus was a dominant outside hitter and team captain at Brooklyn College. He began his career with a bang for the Bulldogs men’s volleyball program, capturing 2016 CUNY Rookie of the Year honors as a Freshman after smashing 289 kills, which ranked seventh in the conference, and placing 42 service aces, which was good for sixth in the league. The two-time first-team CUNY All-Star in 2017 and 2018 posted a career-high 20 kills and 18 digs as a freshman and concluded his career as a dual-threat outside hitter for the Brooklyn College men’s volleyball program with 666 career kills, 109 career service aces, and 50 career assists while getting it done on the backline and in the front row with 409 career digs and 67 career total blocks.

Titus earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy and business from Brooklyn College in 2021. He currently lives in Astoria, New York.
