During his third season in 2024, Beirne tutored two CUNYAC Community College Baseball All-Star selections and 2024 Region XV Gold Glove Team honoree Wiljer Casana. This was the fourth straight season and the sixth time in program history that the Panthers had two players recognized as CUNYAC Community College Baseball All-Stars. Beirne also helped Marino finish third all-time in program history with 46 career strikeouts, posting the program’s first-ever double-digit strikeout effort since 2018 with a career-high 10 against Queensborough Community College on April 6, 2024. Marino also finished third all-time in steals with 30 while ranking eighth all-time in career hits and doubles with 33 and five and 10th all-time with 16 career RBIs. Flore’s two home runs were tied for second-most in a single season and third all-time, while his two triples were tied for second all-time and in a single season. Casana led the team with seven doubles, tied for second most in a single season and sixth all-time, and a team-best three double plays. The BMCC baseball program was also awarded the prestigious Officials Sportsmanship Award 2023-2024 ASAP Officials Sportsmanship Award during its annual banquet ceremony in May for the staff’s and student-athletes exemplary conduct.

During his second season in 2023, Beirne tutored two All-Region 15 and CUNYAC CC Baseball All-Star selections, Frank Reyes and Nick Mattera. This was the third straight season and the fifth time in program history that the Panthers had two players recognized as CUNYAC CC Baseball All-Stars. Reyes became the program's first All-Region 15 First Team honoree in 13 years while claiming league All-Star accolades for a second straight season and being the first player since Wilson Aristy did it during the 2013 and 2015 seasons. Reyes etched his name into the top five in single-season and all-time program record offensive categories smacking seven doubles and three triples which were the second most in a single season, while driving in 22 runs and registering 20 steals which were both third most in a single season. His 29 hits also ranked fourth most in a single season. Reyes finished his career tied for second all-time with three career triples, while his 45 career hits and 29 steals were third most in school, and his 26 career RBIs and 11 career doubles were fourth.

Mattera's two home runs were the second-most in a single season, and his six doubles were third most in a single season and seventh all-time. He also finished seventh in program history in hits and tenth all-time in steals.

During his inaugural season in 2022, he coached Frank Reyes and Abdel Raheem Dolah, both recognized as CUNYAC CC Baseball All-Stars. It was the fourth time in program history that the Panthers had had two All-Star selections and the second that BMCC had two players do it in back-to-back seasons since 2015 and 2016. Reyes also was named CUNYAC Rookie of the Year and led the Panther attack in four offensive categories batting average (.364), hits (16), runs scored (11), and doubles (4). Dolah struck out a team-best 19 batters and was tops on the Panthers in slugging percentage (.578), RBIs (9), home runs (2), and triples (2).

Beirne also serves as a coach at Next Level Baseball and College Showcase Instructor at Headfirst Honor Roll. He also coached in the high school ranks at Lawrence High School in Cedarhurst, New York.
