BMCC Women's Volleyball - Week 1 Recap

NEW YORK, NY -  The Lady Panthers opened the 2026 season with a strong 2-1 record, playing all three matches on the road.  BMCC opened the season with a dominant 3-0 sweep over the Hostos Caimans, before facing the defending CUNY Women's Volleyball Champions, the QCC Tigers, where BMCC battled but eventually fell to the Tigers 3-1 in 4 sets.  BMCC bounced back from the QCC setback, earning another 3-0 sweep, this time against the region xv host school Kingsborough Community College.  With two road victories in their first three matches, the Lady Panthers have gotten their season off to a strong start!
