It was a record-setting night for the Caimans, who shattered the tournament's single-game scoring mark of 98 points. The combined total of 160 points between the two teams also broke a tournament record (157 points - 2017).
"Well, we have a lot of student-athletes who are able to put the ball in the basket and defend extremely well," Hostos Head Coach
DeVernie Winston commented about his team's effort. "We are just happy that we were in a position to put points on the board like that and do what we did tonight."
