Brooklyn, NY | The men's basketball team faced off against the Kingsborough Wave on Tuesday night in a showdown between two CUNYAC opponents. The Panthers outlasted the Wave and come away with a 95-92 victory in overtime to clinch a spot in the CUNYAC playoffs.
Coming off a 45 point outing against SUNY Orange, the reigning CUNYAC Player of the Week
Quran Dublin had another outstanding performance. The Panthers combo guard poured in 44 points while shooting an efficient 54% from the field, including 4 for 9 from three point range.
Ashan Adams contributed heavily with 21 points and 8 rebounds, and
Viktor Kovacevic and
Raybon Fleming added on with 10 and 9 points, respectively.
Following the win, the Panthers will return home to take on the Dutchess Falcons in a Region 15 matchup. Tip off is set for 7pm.
