Bellerose, NY - The Panthers were unable to pick up a win in their doubleheader against the Kingsborough Wave on Wednesday night. In both games, the starters for the Wave put up 5 strong innings of work before the Panthers managed to break through late in the game.

Nathaniel Rivera had an impressive outing with two hits of his own.
While trailing 6-0 in the second half of the doubleheader, BMCC got on the board with an RBI single from
Justin Perez in the 6th inning.
Starlyn Urena followed up the next inning with a single that scored
Hugh Ferguson, but it would be too little, too late, as the Panthers went on to lose by a final score of 7-2.
