New York, NY  | The Lady Panthers improved to 2-2 on the season with a 69-52 win over the Rockland Hawks. Point guard Kiara Atkins led the way for BMCC on offense, the freshman finished the game with 27 points, 7 assists, and 6 rebounds. Ashley Brooks had a huge impact on the game with 21 total rebounds along with 14 points. Shooting guard Ashley Duplan was the third member of the Panthers to finish with double digits as she finished the game with 13 points.

The Lady Panthers hit the road for their next game, they will be taking on the Dutchess Falcons in Poughkeepsie, NY. Tip-off is set for 6 PM.
