The BMCC Panthers lost 9-0 to the Nassau Lions on Friday, in a game played at Roberto Clemente Park.
The Panthers offense was shut down the entire game by Lions starter Alex Brosnan. Brosnan no-hit the Panther through 6.2 innings before
Eric Gonzalez singled hard past the shortstop. Gonzalez,
Darlin Veloz and
Matt Alvarado were the only players to reach base.
The Panthers resume the series against Nassau tomorrow afternoon when the two teams will play a double-header on Long Island.
