The BMCC Panthers were swept Saturday afternoon by the Queensborough Tigers, 11-4 and 10-8. The games were played at Roberto Clemente Park in the Bronx, NY.
 
In the first game the Panthers were on the verge of losing the game via the mercy rule in the 5th inning but showed tremendous fight in the final 3 innings scratching across four runs.
 
In the second game, the Panthers jumped out to an early 4-0 lead but that lead was slowly whittled down by the Tigers. In the 3rd inning the Panthers fell victim to another grand slam, the Tigers second in three games, with that, the Tigers took an 8-7 lead and never looked back.
 
The Panthers finished CUNY play with a 2-10 record. The Panthers finish up Region XV play this week with a four game series against Nassau Community College.
